Creating an account and joining your company

Your Celeritic account uses your work email. Celeritic uses the part after the @ to work out which company you belong to.
Sign up
1. Go to the Celeritic home page and choose to create an account.
2. On Create your account, enter your Work Email twice and choose a password, or choose Continue with Google to sign up with your Google work account. A Display Name is optional.
3. Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, then choose Create Account. (If you sign up with Google, you agree on the first page you see after signing in.)
4. If you see Check your inbox, open the verification link we emailed you, then sign in.
Company email, not personal email
Celeritic puts everyone whose email ends in the same company domain (such as @yourcompany.com) into one organisation: your company's shared space in Celeritic. That is why you cannot create an account with a personal address (gmail.com, outlook.com and similar). Sign up with your company email instead, or ask an admin at your company to invite you.
Waiting for approval
Nobody sees a company's data until someone approves them. After you sign up, you see Approval pending until someone approves you. Who that is depends on whether your company is already on Celeritic:

You get an email once you are approved. If you have been approved and still see the pending screen, choose Sign in again.
Joining by invite
If an owner or admin invited you, you receive an email with a link to sign up. Sign up with the exact address the invite was sent to and verify it if asked. The first time you sign in, you join your company's organisation as a member with the access the inviter chose, without waiting for approval. An owner or admin can make you an admin afterwards.
Good to know
• An invite only works for an address at your company's own domain.
• Approval decides that you belong to the organisation. Separately, an owner or admin decides which partners and features you can see, so your sidebar may show fewer workspaces than a colleague's.
