Connecting your CRM

Connecting your CRM brings your existing opportunities into Co-sell, so you can track partner involvement and register deals without typing them in again.
Which CRMs connect
Celeritic connects to Salesforce and HubSpot. You sign in to the CRM on its own page, so you never type a CRM password into Celeritic.
A CRM connection belongs to your organisation, not to one partnership or one person, so the whole team works from the same pipeline.
Who can connect it
Only owners and admins can connect or disconnect a CRM. CRM connections does not appear in a member's Settings. If you are a member and your CRM is not connected yet, ask an owner or admin.
Connect a CRM
1. Open Settings, then CRM connections under Organisation.
2. On the Salesforce or HubSpot row, open the actions menu (the three dots) and choose Connect Salesforce or Connect HubSpot.
3. Sign in to your CRM and allow access. You return to Celeritic afterwards, and the row shows Connected.
4. Open Co-sell to see your deals.
You can also pick your CRM in the setup wizard the first time you open the Dashboard. See Choosing the partners you work with.
If you connect both
With both Salesforce and HubSpot connected, one is marked Default. When you create a deal in Celeritic, the default CRM is selected for you. You can pick the other CRM, or Celeritic only, instead. To change the default, open the other CRM's actions menu and choose Make HubSpot the default (or Make Salesforce the default).
Deals you entered before connecting
If you added deals in Celeritic before connecting a CRM, the CRM's row says how many live only in Celeritic. Choose Review and push to review them in Co-sell and send them to your CRM.
Deal email history
Once a CRM is connected, owners and admins see Deal communications, which brings the email history for your open deals across from your CRM. To fetch past emails straight away instead of waiting, choose Fetch email history now.
Disconnect a CRM
Open the CRM's actions menu and choose Disconnect Salesforce or Disconnect HubSpot, then confirm. Celeritic deletes the connection details it stored straight away. Deals already brought in stay in Celeritic. Disconnecting does not remove Celeritic's access inside your CRM. To remove it there too, use your CRM's connected-apps settings.
Good to know
• Salesforce is also a partner program. If Salesforce is on your partner list, its partnership uses this same connection, so disconnecting the CRM affects both.
• You can still add deals in Co-sell without a CRM. They are saved in Celeritic only. See Your co-sell pipeline.
