Getting started
Updated 23 Oct 2026
This article explains the sidebar and the first things to do after you sign in. Until you do them, Celeritic has little to show you.
The sidebar
The sidebar on the left takes you to each workspace. Under Platform:
• Dashboard: where you land after signing in. Headline figures, partnership health, upcoming meetings, notifications and recent deal activity.
• Analytics: usage figures read from your partners, such as Databricks spend and activity.
• Partnerships: your tier with each partner and what the next tier needs.
• Co-sell: your partner deal pipeline.
• Registrations: deals you have registered with partners, and their status.
• Collateral: partner go-to-market material, organised by partner.
• Meetings: your calendar and partner meetings.
• Contacts: the people you work with at partners and on deals.
Under AI Agents:
• Assistant: ask CeleriticAI a question about your partner business.
• Insights: AI findings such as possible duplicate deals and partner opportunities.
At the bottom:
• Settings: your profile, your organisation, your partners and your CRM connection.
• Help: these articles.
You may not see every entry. An owner or admin decides which partners and features each person can see, so a workspace you have no access to is left out of your sidebar. Assistant and Insights are hidden when an owner or admin has turned AI off for the organisation.
Your first steps
1. Create your account with your work email and wait for approval. See Creating an account and joining your company.
2. Choose your partners. The first time an owner or admin opens the Dashboard, a setup wizard asks which partner programs and CRM your organisation uses. See Choosing the partners you work with.
3. Connect your partner programs. Enter the details each partner asks for, so Celeritic can read your figures from it. Some partners cannot be connected yet. See Connecting a partner program.
4. Connect your CRM so your deals appear in Co-sell. See Connecting your CRM.
5. Invite your team. See Inviting your team and approving members.
Until your partners are chosen and connected, most pages are empty and tell you what is missing. That is expected.
Find anything quickly
Press ⌘K on a Mac (or Ctrl+K on Windows) on any page to open search. It finds deals, partners, settings and help articles from wherever you are. See Searching across Celeritic.
Take the tour
A short guided tour points out the main parts of the screen the first time you sign in. To see it again, open Settings, then Profile, and choose Replay tour.
