Searching everything
Updated 23 Oct 2026
Search finds pages, deals, registrations, documents, contacts and help articles from one box, so you do not need to know where something lives before you look for it.
Opening search
• Press ⌘K on a Mac or Ctrl+K on Windows, from any page.
• Or click the search box in the top bar (on a phone, open the menu and choose Search).
Searching
1. Start typing. Results update as you type, after a brief pause.
2. Use the up and down arrow keys to move through the results.
3. Press Enter to open the highlighted result, or click it.
4. Press Escape to close search.
Close matches still count: a small typo usually still finds what you meant.
What you can find
Results are grouped so you can tell at a glance what each one is:
| Group | What is in it |
|---|---|
| Pages | Places in Celeritic, such as Dashboard, a partner's page in Partnerships, or a Settings page |
| Records | Deals and registrations in Co-sell, documents in Collateral, and people in Contacts |
| Help | Articles from this help centre |
| Partner Programs | Articles about a specific partner's program and tier requirements |
Selecting a deal takes you straight to it, even if you started searching from another page.
Good to know
• You only find what you can open. Search never shows another organisation's data, and within your organisation it shows only the partners and features you have access to. An owner or admin decides which partners and features you can see.
• Owners and admins who have narrowed their own view (chosen to see less than everything) search only within that view.
• New records can take a little while to appear in search. The record itself is available straight away on its own page.
