Notifications

On this page
Notifications tell you about things that need your attention, such as a new deal a partner sent you or a teammate waiting for approval.
Opening them
Choose the bell icon (Notifications) in the top bar, on any page. The number on the bell shows how many you have not read.
What you get notified about
| Notification | Who gets it |
|---|---|
| A partner sent you a new deal (an inbound deal) | Everyone who can see that partner's deals |
| A deal was accepted | Everyone who can see the deal |
| A new team member is waiting for approval | Owners and admins |
| Your access request was approved, partly approved or declined | The member who asked |
| A new Insights report is ready | Everyone, unless AI is turned off for the organisation |
| You have meetings to confirm for a partner | The person whose meetings they are |
| Your calendar has stopped updating until you agree to updated terms | The person whose calendar it is |
| Collateral storage is filling up | Everyone in the organisation |
Select a notification to go to the page where you can act on it.
Read and unread
Unread notifications are highlighted and counted in the number on the bell. Opening a notification marks it as read. To mark one as read without opening it, choose the tick on it. To clear them all, choose Mark all read. For older ones, scroll down and choose Load more.
Handled by someone else
Some notifications go to several people. For example, every owner and admin hears when someone asks to join. Once someone deals with it, the notification says so, so nobody acts on it twice. It shows "Approved by" or "Declined by" with a name, or "Joined through an invite".
Notifications and activity
Notifications are about you: something waiting on you, or news meant for you. The activity feed (the clock icon) is the full history of what everyone changed, whether or not anyone needs to act. To see what is waiting on you, check Notifications. To catch up on what changed, check The activity feed.
Good to know
• Notifications follow your access. If an owner or admin has limited which partners you can see, you are only notified about those partners.
• Some notifications also arrive by email, such as join requests (to owners) and access requests (to owners and admins).
• How long notifications are kept is set out in the Privacy Policy.
