The activity feed
Updated 23 Oct 2026
On this page
The activity feed is a running history of what people in your organisation changed in Celeritic: who did what, and when. Use it to catch up after time away, or to check who changed something.
Opening it
Choose the clock icon (Activity) in the top bar, on any page. The number on the clock, and on the panel's heading, shows how many entries you have not seen yet.
What you see
Each entry shows who made the change, what they did and when. It also links to what was changed, such as a deal, a registration, a document, a partner or a setting. Select the link to open it.
When one person makes several changes to the same thing, they may be grouped into one entry, such as "made 3 changes". Expand it to see each change.
Scroll to the bottom and choose Load more for older entries.
Read and unread
New entries are highlighted until you have seen them. An entry is marked as read once you scroll it into view. Mark all read clears every highlight at once.
Who sees what
• Everyone sees activity on the things they have access to. If an owner or admin has limited which partners or features you can see, you only see activity about those.
• Some entries are for owners and admins only, such as role changes, removals, access requests and their reviews, support access, and turning AI on or off.
Activity and notifications
Activity is a record of what already happened. It never asks you to do anything. Things that are waiting on you, such as an approval or a new deal a partner sent you, appear in Notifications (the bell icon) instead. See Notifications.
Good to know
• The assistant can read it too: ask CeleriticAI "What changed this week?" for a summary (see Asking CeleriticAI).
• How long entries are kept is set out in the Privacy Policy.
