The deal panel puts everything about one opportunity in one place: its details, the partners on it, what each partner needs to register it, and the meetings, people, documents and emails around it.
Opening a deal
In Co-sell, select a deal's name in the list, or a card on the board. The deal opens in a panel on the right (full screen on a phone). The page address changes too, so you can share a link straight to the deal. Close it with the X at the top.
The top of the panel
• The deal's name, its stage (which you can change here) and whether it is inbound or outbound.
• Edit: turns the details into a form. Choose Save to keep your changes or Discard to drop them.
• The CeleriticAI button opens the Assistant already looking at this deal. It is hidden when an owner or admin has turned AI off for the organisation.
• The delete button (owners and admins only).
• Sync Pending: shown when a change you made has not reached your CRM yet. Select it to try again.
The sections, top to bottom
Amount and close date
Your own revenue on the opportunity, and when it is expected to close. The figure a partner cares about is set per partner, under Partners.
CeleriticAI action plan
This section appears once a plan is saved to the deal. To get one:
1. Ask the Assistant to plan the deal.
2. Choose Save Plan to Deal on the plan it suggests.
The plan then appears here as CeleriticAI · action plan. Choose Clear to remove it.
Deal Info and CRM Details
Customer, Country, Owner, Co-sell Type, Probability, Forecast Category, Next Step, Lead Source and Description. Choose Edit at the top to change them.
Partners
The partners involved in this deal. For each one you see the relationship type (for example Co-sell Partner or Warm Intro / Introduction), the revenue that partner influenced, and any context you noted.
• Choose + Add to add a partner. The list groups partners into Supports registration and Tracking only; you can also type a partner that is not listed.
• For a partner that supports registration and is not registered yet, Register takes you to Registrations.
• Edit or remove a partner with the controls on its row.
History
What has happened on the deal and when: stage and co-sell type changes, acceptance, registrations, partners added or removed, sharing, and documents attached or detached. Choose View more to see older entries.
Customer & Contact Details
The customer's website and address and the customer contact's name, email, phone and title. These are shared across every partner registration for this deal, so you fill them in once. Choose Edit, then Save.
Partner Registration
One card for each partner on the deal that Celeritic can prepare a registration for. Each card shows:
• How ready the registration is, as a percentage.
• What is still missing.
• Any answers that may lead the partner to decline it.
Choose Edit to fill in the partner's fields, then Save. Where a field needs written text, Draft with CeleriticAI asks the Assistant to draft it (not shown when AI is turned off). See Registering a deal with a partner.
This section appears only when the deal has at least one such partner.
Attachments
Documents from Collateral attached to this deal. Choose Attach to pick a document or upload a new one, select a document to preview it, or detach it. A document marked Internal must not be shared outside your organisation.
Communications
Emails logged against this deal in your CRM, newest first, each marked Sent or Received. Choose Sync now to check your CRM for new ones.
Partner meetings
Your meetings with the deal's partners: an Upcoming list and a Recent list, with a link to all of them on the Meetings page. These are all your meetings with those partners, not only meetings about this deal. This section appears when the deal has at least one partner you can see. See Upcoming partner meetings.
Contacts
The people working on this deal. The deal's registration contact (from Customer & Contact Details) is marked Registration contact.
• Choose Add contact and search by name, email or company to add someone. If they are not listed, Not listed? Create a contact takes you to Contacts.
• Choose Remove to take someone off the deal.
• Manage contacts opens the Contacts page. See Contacts.
CRM Deal ID and Last Synced
The deal's ID in your CRM, and when Celeritic last updated the deal from your CRM.
The buttons at the bottom
• Accept referral: shown on an inbound deal that is still at its first stage. Only Microsoft referrals can be accepted. For other inbound deals, change the stage yourself. See Inbound and outbound deals.
• Register deal: shown when the deal can be registered with a partner.
• Share: on outbound deals, to share the deal with Microsoft.
• Open in CRM: opens the deal in Salesforce or HubSpot. Not shown for deals that live only in Celeritic.
Good to know
• An owner or admin decides which partners and features you can see. The panel shows only the partners, meetings and contacts you have access to. Ask an owner or admin for access if something you expect is missing.
• Only owners and admins can delete a deal.
