Your co-sell pipeline
Updated 23 Oct 2026
On this page
Co-sell lists every deal you work on with a partner in one place. For each deal it shows what each partner needs before you can register the deal with them.
Opening the pipeline
Open Co-sell in the sidebar. The page is called Co-sell Pipeline and has two tabs:
• Outbound: opportunities from your connected CRM, plus deals you create in Celeritic, that you take to partner programs for co-sell support.
• Inbound: referrals partners send to you, plus referrals you log yourself.
Each tab shows how many deals it holds. See Inbound and outbound deals for the difference.
The tiles
The tiles above the deals summarise the tab you are on.
• On Outbound: total deals, active pipeline, closed won deals and won revenue.
• On Inbound: referrals, active pipeline, referrals accepted and referred value.
The figures follow your filters, so they always describe the deals you are looking at.
List view and board view
Use List and Board to switch views.
List shows one row per deal with these columns: Deal Name, Readiness, Customer, Stage, Amount, Influenced Rev., Close Date, Owner, Partners, Registration, Sync status and Actions. The Inbound tab adds Accept status. Select a column heading to sort by it.
• Readiness shows how complete the deal's partner registration details are.
• Influenced Rev. adds up the revenue each partner on the deal says it influenced. It can be more than the deal amount, because each partner can claim the same revenue.
• Registration shows whether the deal is registered with each partner.
Board groups deals into columns by stage: Prospecting, Needs Analysis, Meet & Present, Negotiate, Closed Won and Closed Lost. Each column shows how many deals it holds and their total value. A deal at any other stage (for example Qualify or Propose, or one of HubSpot's own stages) shows in the list view only.
Stages
Change a deal's stage straight from the Stage column in the list, or from the deal itself. The stages offered are the ones your CRM uses for that deal. When a stage change makes a deal eligible for partner registration, Celeritic asks Register this deal?: choose Register Now to go to Registrations, or Later.
Filters and search
Use the search box to find deals, customers or owners. Filter by Source, Stage, Owner, Partner and Amount. On a narrow screen the filters sit behind Filters, which shows how many are active. Choose Clear filters to start again. Your tab, view, filters and sort are kept in the page address, so a link you share opens the same view.
Keeping in step with your CRM
Connect Salesforce or HubSpot (an owner or admin does this once for the organisation; see Connecting your CRM) and your CRM opportunities appear on the Outbound tab.
• Near the filters, Celeritic shows when it last checked your CRM. Choose Sync to check for changes now.
• When you change a stage or detail in Celeritic, Celeritic sends the change to your CRM. Until it has, the deal shows that a sync is pending.
• If a CRM connection needs attention, a banner says the figures may not be up to date and offers Reconnect. If a check for updates did not complete, choose Try again.
• If you created deals in Celeritic before connecting a CRM, a banner offers to send them to your CRM. Choose Review to pick which ones.
Without a CRM you can still keep your whole pipeline in Celeritic: choose New Deal and pick Celeritic only (no CRM), or bring in a spreadsheet with Import.
Working with a deal
Select a deal's name to open it in a side panel with its details, partners, registration readiness, meetings, people and plan. See Working a deal: partners, meetings, people, plan. From a row's Actions menu you can also choose View deal, Edit deal, Share with Microsoft (outbound deals) and Delete.
Possible duplicates
Celeritic may find deals that look like the same opportunity entered more than once (for example, from two sources). When it does, a possible duplicates button appears above the list. Open it to review each group. Choose Not a duplicate to dismiss one, or Resolve to pick the deal to keep and merge the others into it. A merge cannot be undone.
Good to know
• Only owners and admins can delete a deal. Deleting removes it from Celeritic and cannot be undone.
• An owner or admin decides which partners and features you can see. If your access covers only some partners, you see only deals involving them. Ask an owner or admin for access if a deal you expect is missing.
• To register a deal with a partner, see Registering a deal with a partner.
