Insights and company knowledge

On this page
Insights shows what CeleriticAI found when it looked through your organisation's deals, partners and documents: possible duplicate deals, co-sell opportunities you may be missing, partner offers buried in your documents, and more.
Everyone in your organisation can open Insights. It is hidden for everyone if an owner or admin has turned AI off for the organisation (see Turning AI on or off).
Opening Insights
Choose Insights in the sidebar, under AI Agents. You can also get there from the Insights link above your conversation list on the Assistant page.
The left side lists your insight reports, newest first. CeleriticAI checks your organisation's data regularly and writes a new report each time. You get a notification when one is ready. Select a report to read it.
If no report has been written yet, you see "No insights yet. Check back after the next nightly scan."
What a report can contain
A report shows only the sections where CeleriticAI found something, so most reports have two or three. Each section heading says how many items it found.
| Section | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Possible duplicate deals | Deals in Co-sell that look like the same opportunity. Choose Review possible duplicates in Co-sell to compare and merge them. |
| Partner summaries | A one-line headline per partner; select one to open that partner's page. |
| Partner program updates | Changes in your tier or partnership health with a partner that are worth knowing about. |
| Offers found in your documents | Partner incentives and offers mentioned in documents you uploaded to Collateral, with their end dates where the document states one. |
| Documents that disagree | Two of your documents saying different things about the same claim ("One document says", "Another says"), so you can fix the out-of-date one. |
| Partner incentives you cannot claim yet | Incentives a partner offers that your documents show you do not yet meet, with what is missing and the evidence it checked. |
| Opportunity gaps | Partners you could be co-selling with on specific deals, with the deals listed. Choose Not relevant to hide a gap. |
Wherever a finding comes from one of your documents, it links to that document so you can check the source.
Asking about a report
Choose Chat about these insights at the bottom of a report. The assistant opens with the report already in the conversation, and you can ask what to look at first or dig into any item.
Company knowledge
Select Company knowledge at the bottom of the left side. It shows what your uploaded documents say about your own organisation, as individual claims picked out by CeleriticAI, grouped as Capabilities, Proof points, Certifications, Industries and Differentiators.
Each claim quotes the sentence it came from and links back to the document (with the page, where there is one). A claim marked Document only partly read came from a document CeleriticAI could not read in full.
These are claims your documents make, not verified facts. If one is wrong, correct or replace the document in Collateral. If you see "No knowledge extracted yet", upload a document in Collateral to get started.
Good to know
• What you see depends on your access. Reports and company knowledge show only items about partners and features you have access to, and the counts include only what you can see. An owner or admin decides which partners and features you can see; ask one if something you expect is missing.
• Not relevant hides a gap for everyone in your organisation, not just for you.
• The usage summary at the bottom of the left side shows how much of what CeleriticAI suggested recently your team used (drafts used, plans saved, duplicates merged, gaps acted on). It only appears once there is something to count.
• Documents can be kept out of AI. If Use in AI is turned off for a document in Collateral, CeleriticAI does not read it for Insights or company knowledge.
• When AI is off, Insights is hidden and no new reports are written. Earlier reports are kept and come back when AI is turned on again.
