Asking CeleriticAI

Updated 23 Oct 2026

On this page
CeleriticAI is the assistant built into Celeritic. Ask it a question in everyday words, and it finds the answer in your deals, partners, documents and meetings.
The CeleriticAI panel open beside the Dashboard, with suggested questions
Everyone in your organisation can use it. If an owner or admin turns AI off for the organisation, it is hidden for everyone (see Turning AI on or off).

Opening the assistant

You can reach it two ways:
•  From any page: choose Ask CeleriticAI in the bottom corner. A panel opens beside the page you are on, so you can keep working while you ask.
•  As a full page: choose Assistant in the sidebar. This page also lists your past conversations.
The Assistant page, with New conversation and the list of recent conversations
The panel and the full page show the same conversations, so you can start a question in one and carry on in the other.

Asking a question

1. Type your question in the box at the bottom and press Enter (Shift+Enter starts a new line).
2. To point the assistant at something specific, type @ and pick a deal, partner, document or help article from the list.
3. Read the answer. Deals and other items it mentions appear as small buttons; select one to open it.
4. For follow-up questions you can send with one click, open Suggestions under the conversation.

The assistant also knows which page you are on. If you open it from a deal, a partner page, Analytics or a document, it starts with that in mind and suggests questions to match (for example "Summarise this deal" or "What blocks the next tier?").

What it can answer

Ask aboutFor example
Deals and pipelineWhich deals to prioritise, a summary of one deal, its activity, emails and registrations
RegistrationsWhich deals are ready to register with a partner, and which fields are still missing
PartnershipsTier progress, partnership health, what blocks the next tier
AnalyticsYour Databricks spend, products, team activity and job runs, and how they changed
CollateralFinding a document and answering questions from what it says
Meetings and contactsYour upcoming and past partner meetings, their notes, and who someone is
InsightsWhat the latest Insights report found
HelpHow to do something in Celeritic, from these help articles
Your team's recent activityWhat changed while you were away
The assistant sees only what you can already see. If an owner or admin has limited which partners or features you can see, its answers are limited in the same way.
The assistant only reads your data. It does not change anything on its own. The only things it saves are a plan or a registration draft, and only when you choose to save them (see below).

Saving a plan to a deal

1. In Co-sell, open a deal and choose the sparkle button (Ask CeleriticAI about this deal).
2. Ask for a plan, for example "Suggest next steps".
3. When the answer includes a plan card, choose Save Plan to Deal.
CeleriticAI opened from a deal, with questions suggested for that deal
The plan then appears on the deal as CeleriticAI · action plan. Choose Clear on the deal to remove it.

Drafting a registration field

If a registration is missing a written field, such as a description of the opportunity, choose Draft with CeleriticAI next to it. The assistant writes a draft. To save it to the registration, choose Use this draft. Check the text before you submit the registration to the partner.

Your conversations

On the Assistant page:
•  New conversation starts a fresh one.
•  Recent conversations lists your past ones; select one to reopen it.
•  Hover over a conversation and use the pencil to rename it, or the bin to delete it. Deleting cannot be undone.
In the side panel, use the list at the top to switch conversations, or the button next to it to see them all.
Only you can see your conversations.

Good to know

•  Check what it tells you. The assistant can be wrong, especially about anything that is not recorded in Celeritic. Treat plans and drafts as suggestions to review.
•  Managing your data: you can also delete conversations from Settings, under Manage my data (see Managing and deleting your data).
•  When AI is off for your organisation, Assistant and Insights disappear from the sidebar, and so does the Ask CeleriticAI button. Plans and drafts already saved to deals stay where they are.
•  Related: Insights and company knowledge covers the reports CeleriticAI writes for your organisation.
