Managing and deleting your data

Updated 23 Oct 2026

On this page
Manage my data is the one place to remove the personal data you added to Celeritic yourself: your calendar connection, your meeting notes and your assistant conversations.
Every member can use it, for their own data only.

Opening Manage my data

Go to Settings, then under You choose Manage my data.
You can open it even before you agree to updated terms. The terms dialog has a Manage my data link that opens this page on its own. Everything on it works without agreeing, so you can always remove your data first.

What you can do there

SectionWhat you can do
CalendarSee which Google account is connected and Disconnect it
Meeting notesSee the notes you emailed to Celeritic or wrote on a meeting, and delete any of them
Assistant conversationsSee your conversations with CeleriticAI and delete any of them

Disconnecting your calendar

Choose Disconnect, then confirm. Celeritic deletes your stored calendar events straight away, stops reading your calendar and asks Google to revoke its access. Meeting counts that included meetings from your calendar will go down. Disconnecting does not delete meeting notes you already sent to Celeritic. You can connect again at any time from Settings, Calendar (see Connecting Google Calendar).

Deleting meeting notes

Delete a note from the list. This removes only your copy: if colleagues sent the same notes, the note stays for them. Notes you do not delete are removed automatically 120 days after their meeting (or after they arrived, if they never matched a meeting), as the Privacy Policy states.

Deleting assistant conversations

Choose the bin next to a conversation, then Delete conversation. This cannot be undone. You can also delete conversations on the Assistant page. Deleting works even while AI is turned off for your organisation.

Deleting your account or organisation

There is no self-service button for this. To delete your account, or for an owner to delete the whole organisation and all of its information, email CelerityHat at the contact address in the Privacy Policy. CelerityHat confirms the request comes from you (or from an owner of the organisation), carries it out within 30 days, and tells you when it is done.
If you are leaving your company, an owner or admin can remove you from the organisation, which takes away your access straight away; see Members, roles and owners.

Good to know

•  Data your organisation keeps (deals, registrations, partner information, contacts, documents) belongs to the organisation, not to you alone. Ask an owner or admin to change or delete it, or ask CelerityHat through the Privacy Policy contact.
•  Partner and CRM sign-in details are removed by an owner or admin in Settings. Removing them deletes Celeritic's copy straight away. It does not cancel them in the partner's or CRM's own system.
•  Turning AI off for the organisation stops new AI processing but deletes nothing; see Turning AI on or off.
•  The full detail of what Celeritic keeps and for how long is in the Privacy Policy, linked at the foot of the Celeritic home page.
