Tier status and progression

Partner programs give you more support, funding and visibility as you move up their tiers. Partnerships shows where you stand in each program today, and what it takes to reach the next tier.
The Partnerships list
Open Partnerships in the sidebar. The tiles across the top show how many active partners you have, how many partner programs you are in, and your total certifications. Below them, the Partnerships card has one row for each partner your organisation works with:
• The partner name, which opens that partner's own page.
• Your current tier, or No metrics yet if nothing has been recorded for that partner yet.
• A health bar and score out of 100. Your organisation decides what counts towards it (see Partnership health scores).
Select a row (or its arrow) to expand it. You then see the next suggested step, three key figures for that program, and two buttons: Update Metrics and View Details. A row with no figures yet shows Add metrics instead.
The Action Alerts card beside the list shows the most important next step for each partner that has an action plan.

Entering your figures and getting an action plan
1. Open a partner from the list.
2. Fill in your current figures for that program: revenue, certifications, deals and the other requirements the program measures.
3. Choose Generate Action Plan.
Celeritic compares your figures with the program's requirements. It shows your current tier, your target tier and how close you are: for example, how many of the next tier's requirements you meet, or how many points you have towards qualifying.
Under Your next steps it lists what to do, most important first, based on the figures you entered. To see every step, choose Show all.
To change your figures later, choose Edit metrics at the top of the partner page, then Save changes.
Figures that fill themselves
For some partners, you do not have to type everything in:
• A Sync from button on the partner page brings in the figures that partner reports about you. These figures are marked Measured. You can still replace one with your own value, and the page then says you have.
• For some programs, such as Google Cloud, Snowflake and the AWS tier, the Celeritic browser extension brings in your tier status from the partner's own portal. See The Celeritic browser extension.
• Meeting frequency comes from your calendar once one is connected. See Connecting Google Calendar.
To connect a partner, see Connecting your partners.
Importing tier data for several partners at once
Owners and admins can set the tier, status and key figures for several partners from one spreadsheet file:
1. Choose Import CSV on the Partnerships page.
2. Download the template from the dialog and fill it in.
3. Upload the file.
Before anything is saved, Celeritic checks the file and shows a preview. The preview marks which partners are new and which already exist and will be updated.
Adding and removing partners
Owners and admins can choose Add Partner to add a program, or remove one from its row. Removing a partner takes it off the list but keeps its tier and health data, so if you add it back, nothing is lost. Members who need a partner added should ask an owner or admin.
Good to know
• Anyone who can see a partner can update its figures and generate its action plan. An owner or admin decides which partners and features you can see. If a partner you need is missing, ask them for access.
• If your access does not include Co-sell for a partner, figures that come from Co-sell show Needs co-sell access instead of a value.
• The CeleriticAI Summary on a partner page is a short written summary of where that partnership stands. It is hidden if an owner or admin has turned AI off for your organisation.
• Each tier name comes from the partner's own program. Check the partner's program guide (linked under Resources on the partner page) for the official requirements.
