A partner's page: people, meetings and collateral

Updated 23 Oct 2026

On this page
Each partner has its own page in Partnerships. It shows your standing in that partner's program, your meetings and contacts there, and the documents you use with it.
The AWS partner page with partnership health and tier on the left, and meetings and people on the right.

Opening a partner's page

Open Partnerships in the sidebar and select a partner's name.
The page title is the program's name, for example AWS Partner Network, with a short description underneath. Once someone has saved figures, it also shows who last updated them and when.
The left column covers your standing in the program. The right column covers the relationship. On a narrow screen the right column moves below the left.

Left column: your standing in the program

•  Partnership health: your health score out of 100, and how much each field adds to it. Edit weights & goals opens the scoring settings, which only owners and admins can change. A field your organisation does not count shows Off instead of a weight. See Partnership health scores.
•  Sync: for some partners, Sync from (followed by the partner's name) brings in the latest figures the partner reports. It also shows when this last happened.
•  Snowflake only: your tier and requirements as Snowflake's partner portal shows them, including All metrics and tiers and Competencies and specializations.
•  Google Cloud only: Tier by product and path, your current and target tier across Google Cloud's products and paths.
•  If you have no action plan yet, you see a form for this program's figures. Fill it in and choose Generate Action Plan.
•  Action plan: your current and target tier, how close you are, and Your next steps, most important first. Program reference holds the program's own guidance. Choose Edit metrics at the top of the page to change your figures.

See Tier status and progression for how the plan works.

Right column: the relationship

Meetings

Your upcoming meetings with this partner. Select a meeting to open it on the Meetings page, or choose the link at the top of the card to see them all.
Sometimes Celeritic thinks a meeting involves this partner but is not sure. That meeting appears at the top of the card marked "Looks like an AWS meeting" (or whichever partner it is), with Accept and Dismiss. Choose Accept to mark it as a meeting with this partner.
If there are no upcoming meetings, the card offers to connect your calendar. See Upcoming partner meetings and Partner suggestions.

People

A few of your contacts at this partner, each with their job title and company. Select a name to open that person on the Contacts page, or View all for everyone at the partner. See Contacts.

Resources

Links to the partner's own program guides and portals, which open in a new tab.

Collateral

The documents filed under this partner in Collateral, such as offer decks, proof of value, capability decks, case studies, program guides and funding documents. Select a document to preview it without leaving the page. A CelerityHat badge marks a document published by CelerityHat.
The Collateral card on a partner page, with Upload to, Attach an existing document and the filed documents.
•  To add a new document for this partner, drag a file onto Upload to (followed by the partner's name), or select it and choose a file.
•  To link a document that is already in Collateral to this partner, or to unlink one, choose Attach an existing document.
You can upload here only after the partner has been added to your organisation. See Collateral for the full library.

CeleriticAI Summary

A short written summary of where this partnership stands, and how long ago it was written. If newer figures have arrived since then, it says so.
The CeleriticAI Summary card on the AWS partner page, with when it was last updated.
The summary is hidden if an owner or admin has turned AI off for your organisation. For a newly added partner, it appears once the first summary has been written.

Good to know

•  An owner or admin decides which partners and features you can see. If you open a partner you do not have access to, the page says so and shows none of its data. Ask an owner or admin for access.
•  Collateral appears only if your access includes Collateral for this partner.
•  People and the meeting suggestions show only what you are allowed to see. Other people's private meetings and contacts stay private.
•  If your access does not include Co-sell for this partner, figures that come from Co-sell show Needs co-sell access instead of a value.
•  Choose Ask CeleriticAI on this page and the Assistant already knows which partner you are looking at. The button is hidden if an owner or admin has turned AI off for your organisation. See CeleriticAI Assistant.
