Partnership health scores

On this page
A health score is a number from 0 to 100. It shows at a glance how each partnership is doing against the goals your organisation has set for it.

Where you see it

•  On the Partnerships list, as a coloured bar and a score beside each partner.
•  On each partner's page, in the Partnership health card, which breaks the score down field by field.
•  On the dashboard's Partnership Health card.

The colour runs from red for a low score, through yellow, to green for a high one.

What the score is made of

Each partner is scored on a set of fields, such as revenue or certified employees. Every field has a weight (how much it counts) and a target (the figure that earns full credit).
For each field that counts, Celeritic works out how close your figure is to the target, up to a maximum of 100%, and multiplies that by the weight. The score is the total of all the fields.
Out of the box, every partner has these standard fields:
FieldDefault weightDefault target
Revenue25%$100,000
Certified Employees25%5
Co-sell / Deals20%10
Meeting Frequency15%4 per month
Customer References15%3
CompetenciesNot counted2
For example, with the default settings, $50,000 of revenue is half the target, so it earns half of Revenue's 25%: 12.5 points. Ten certified employees earns the full 25%, because going past the target counts the same as reaching it.
Competencies is shown, but it does not count towards the score unless you switch it on. Some partners use their own name for a field: on AWS, Competencies is called Accredited Individuals.

Every organisation can score differently

Owners and admins decide what counts for each partner. So the same figures can give a different score in another organisation, and each partner can be scored differently. Owners and admins can:
•  Change each field's weight and target.
•  Switch a standard field off, so it still shows but no longer counts. Standard fields cannot be removed.
•  Add engagement fields, which Celeritic counts from your team's own activity: for example open co-sell deals, deals registered, and how recently you last worked with the partner.
•  Turn any figure the partner reports into a field of its own.
•  Create custom fields for anything else that matters to the partnership. Your team fills these in on the partner page.

The weights of the fields that count always add up to 100%. A partner can also have more than one named scoring setup. For example, you might keep a stricter one for a partner you are pushing towards a higher tier.

Where the figures come from

The figures are the ones on each partner's page. They are what you typed in, what Celeritic brought in from the partner, or what Celeritic counts from your own Co-sell and meetings data. Once a calendar is connected, Meeting Frequency is counted from your calendars (see Connecting Google Calendar); until then, it uses the figure typed on the partner page.
On a partner's page, the Partnership health card shows each field's weight, a bar for how close you are to its target, your figure and the target. A field that does not count shows Off instead of a weight. While you edit a partner's figures, the bars and the score update as you type. Owners and admins can choose Edit weights & goals in that card to change how the partner is scored.

Good to know

•  Members can see how each partner they have access to is scored, but only owners and admins can change it.
•  If a partner does not report a standard field, you type that figure on the partner page. A field that counts but has no figure scores zero.
•  A partner with nothing recorded yet shows No metrics yet instead of a score. See Tier status and progression to add figures.
•  An owner or admin decides which partners and features you can see. Ask an owner or admin for access if a partner you need is missing.
