Your dashboard

On this page
The Dashboard is the first page you see after signing in. It shows your partner deals, how each partnership is doing, and what needs your attention this week.
The Dashboard, with headline figures, partnership health, upcoming meetings and notifications

What is on the page

Headline figures. Four cards across the top:
CardWhat it shows
Partner-sourced RevRevenue partners reported for the period, plus revenue from deals in Co-sell that partners influenced, compared with the period before.
Active PipelineThe value of your open co-sell deals, and how many are open.
Active PartnersHow many of your partners are active, out of all the partners on your list. If you can see only some partners, this card is called Your Partners and names them.
Won RevenueThe value of deals closed won in the period, compared with the period before.
The Co-sell Pipeline by Stage and Recent Deal Activity cards lower on the Dashboard
Partnership Health. Each partner on your list, with its tier, a health score out of 100 and a status (Active, Review, Suspended or Inactive). Choose a partner to open its page in Partnerships. Choose View all to open the whole list.
Upcoming meetings. Your next partner meetings. Choose View all meetings to open Meetings.
Notifications. Things that need your attention, such as approvals, deal updates and registration changes. Choose one to go to it, or choose Mark all read.
Co-sell Pipeline by Stage. Your deals across five stages (Prospecting, Needs Analysis, Meet & Present, Negotiate and Closed Won), with the number of deals and their value at each stage. At the top of the card, switch between All, Inbound and Outbound deals. Choose Open Co-sell to go to Co-sell.
Closed lost deals are not shown. If a deal is at a stage in your CRM that Celeritic does not recognise, it is counted under Prospecting.
Activity. The latest changes to deals across your team.

Change the period

Use the switch at the top right to choose 30 days, Quarter or Year. The Partner-sourced Rev and Won Revenue cards change to match (on the cards, Year is shown as YTD, year to date). Your choice is saved in the page address, so a link you share opens on the same period.

Since your last visit

Owners and admins get a short briefing: what still needs their attention, and what has changed across their partnerships since they last looked. The briefing is built from the findings in Insights, so it is hidden when AI is turned off for the organisation. See Turning AI on or off for your organisation.
The Since your last visit panel, with items that need attention and what has changed by partner
At the top right, next to the period switch, a button shows where things stand:
•  Needs your attention or What's changed, with a count.
•  Partner program updates unavailable, when Celeritic could not check your partner programs last time.
•  You're all caught up, when there is nothing to show.
Choose the button to open the Since your last visit panel. When there is something new, the panel opens by itself when you arrive.
•  Needs your attention lists items still open for your organisation, such as Duplicate deals, an Opportunity gap, an Incentive you may qualify for, or a Document conflict. Choose an item's title to go to it.
•  What's changed since a date lists what Insights found recently, grouped by partner. Anything that is not about one partner is under Across partners. Items that arrived since your last visit are marked New.
•  Choose Dismiss to take an item off your own list. Your colleagues still see it. If you change your mind, choose Undo straight away; once you close the panel, the item stays dismissed.
•  Celeritic records your visit when you close the panel, not when the page loads. A quick glance at the dashboard does not make you miss anything.
•  The briefing is only as up to date as the latest Insights check. If you have narrowed your own view to certain partners, the briefing shows only those partners. For the full findings, see Insights.

Good to know

•  You see only the cards you have access to. An owner or admin decides which partners and features each person can see. A member may see fewer cards, and the figures count only the partners and deals that member can see. If you have no access yet, the page says so; ask an owner or admin.
•  The meetings and notifications cards are always about you, so everyone sees them.
•  A partner shows on Partnership Health once it is on your partner list. If the card says no partners are configured yet, see Choosing the partners you work with.
•  Revenue figures come from the partners you have connected. If a partner's revenue is missing, check its connection in Settings. See Connecting a partner program.
•  Use Refresh in the top bar to reload the figures without reloading the page.
•  For a partner's usage figures over time, such as your Databricks spend and activity, open Analytics. See Reading partner analytics.
