Reading partner analytics

Updated 23 Oct 2026

On this page
The Analytics page shows usage figures that Celeritic reads from your partners, one partner at a time. Today the only partner is Databricks. You can see what your organisation spends on Databricks, which Databricks products you use, how active your team is, and how your jobs run.

You need access to the Analytics feature to use this page, and it lists only the partners you have access to. If you do not see Analytics in your sidebar, or the page says you are not allowed, ask an owner or admin for access.

Choose a partner

On the left, Partners lists the partners Celeritic can show figures for. Choose one to see its figures. The partner, chart and date range you choose are saved in the page address, so a link you share opens on the same view.
Your other partners are listed under Coming soon. Celeritic cannot show figures for them yet, so you cannot open them.
If none of your partners has figures, the page says "No partner analytics yet." and tells you how to connect one. If you do not have access to any partners, it says "No partners to show yet."

Databricks

Databricks appears in the list as soon as it is one of your partners. Until someone saves its connection details in Settings, it shows Not connected. Owners and admins see a link to connect it. Members are asked to have an owner or admin connect it. See Connecting a partner program.

After you connect it, Celeritic fetches your figures from Databricks (a sync). Until the first figures arrive, the page says "Databricks figures appear here after the first sync." Then it shows:
•  Four tiles: Spend, last 30 days, the share of spend tagged to a project (the tile is titled with your project tag once there is one), Weekly active users and Job success, 90 days. Hover the (i) beside a title for more detail.
•  A chart that can show Spend, Spend by product, Spend by project, Active users or Job runs, over 90 days, 12 months or 24 months (year on year). For spend, the 24-month view adds a second line for the same period last year. Hover over a point to see the figure for that period.
•  Spend by project (90 days): your top projects by spend, then Other and Untagged. If your Databricks usage has more than one tag, use the Tag picker to choose which tag counts as the project.
•  Products in real use (90 days): the Databricks products you used, grouped by kind, with products you have stopped using under Gone quiet.
•  Idle resources, What we've built and Data shared out: what you run on Databricks. Each card has an Ask CeleriticAI link. It opens the assistant with a question about that card already written, for you to edit and send. The link is hidden while AI is turned off for your organisation (see Turning AI on or off).
Spend is an estimate. It is your Databricks usage multiplied by Databricks' list prices. It is not your Databricks invoice, and it is not partner revenue.
If Celeritic cannot fill part of the page, that part says why instead of showing figures. For example, Databricks may need to give a permission, or a feature may be turned off on your Databricks account.

Sync status

To the right of the page title, the page says when Celeritic last fetched the Databricks figures, for example "Synced 3h ago". To fetch fresh figures, choose Sync now. It shows Syncing..., and the page updates itself when it finishes. The (i) next to it says how many Databricks workspaces the figures cover.
The Idle resources, What we've built and Data shared out cards, each with an Ask CeleriticAI link
If the last sync failed, the line turns amber. It says what went wrong and what to do next, for example "Databricks rejected the saved key. Re-enter it in Settings, under My partnerships."
If an owner or admin removes the Databricks connection details from Settings, the figures already fetched stay on the page. The line then reads Key removed, with the date of the latest figures, and Sync now is hidden. Owners and admins see Add key to start syncing again.

Good to know

•  The figures are from the latest sync. They are not live from Databricks.
•  The Partner-sourced Rev card on the Dashboard counts revenue, not Databricks spend, so the two pages show different figures. See Your dashboard.
•  If you open Ask CeleriticAI from Analytics, the assistant already knows which partner you are looking at. See Asking CeleriticAI.
•  Use Refresh in the top bar to reload the figures.
