What Celeritic does

On this page
Celeritic is one place to run all your company's partner programs. Your alliance team no longer has to jump between the AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud, Databricks, Snowflake, Salesforce and other partner portals to find out where things stand.
It is built for alliance managers and partnership teams who work with several partners at once, at software companies (ISVs) and services firms (SIs). CelerityHat provides it as part of its Alliance Management as a Service offering.
The problem it solves
Each partner program has its own portal, tiers, deal registration form and reports. Revenue sits in one place, tier requirements in another, co-sell deals in your CRM, and meeting notes in someone's inbox. Celeritic brings them together, so you can see every partnership side by side and act on what needs you.
What you will find, workspace by workspace
| Workspace | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Dashboard | Your starting page: headline revenue and pipeline figures, partnership health, upcoming meetings, notifications and recent deal activity. |
| Analytics | Usage figures Celeritic reads from your partners, one partner at a time. Today this covers Databricks: your spend, products, team activity and job runs. |
| Partnerships | Your tier with each partner, what the next tier needs, and a health score for every partnership. |
| Co-sell | Your partner deal pipeline: deals from your CRM or entered in Celeritic, which partner each one involves, and whether the partner brought it to you (inbound) or you brought the partner in (outbound). |
| Registrations | Every deal you have registered with a partner, its status, and what still needs attention. |
| Collateral | Your partner go-to-market material (offer decks, case studies, capability decks), organised by partner, plus material CelerityHat publishes for everyone. |
| Meetings | Your calendar and the partner meetings you can see, in a list, week or month view, with an AI prep brief for upcoming partner meetings you are on. |
| Contacts | The people you work with at partners and on deals, filled in from your meetings and deals. |
| Assistant | CeleriticAI, an assistant you can ask about your deals, partnerships, analytics and meetings. |
| Insights | AI checks that point out possible duplicate deals and partner opportunities you may be missing. |
| Settings | Your profile, your organisation's members, the partners you work with, and your CRM connection. |
| Help | These articles, readable before you sign in. |
How it fits together
1. Your company signs up once, and everyone who joins with a company email lands in the same organisation.
2. An owner or admin chooses the partner programs your organisation is part of. That list shapes the rest of Celeritic: your Partnerships tiles, your Collateral folders and the partners you can register deals with.
3. You connect your CRM, and the partner programs that allow it, so figures and deals come in without retyping.
4. Your team works from the same view, and an owner or admin decides which partners and features each person can see.
AI features
The Assistant, Insights, the meeting prep brief and the dashboard's since-your-last-visit briefing use AI. An owner or admin can turn AI off for the whole organisation. While it is off, nothing is sent to an AI service and those features are hidden. See Turning AI on or off for your organisation.
Good to know
• Celeritic uses your work email. Personal addresses such as Gmail or Outlook cannot be used to create an account.
• Other companies using Celeritic never see your organisation's data.
