This is a practical plan for your first five days. By the end of the week, Celeritic should show your real partner business and your team should be using it.
Steps for owners and admins only are marked. If you are a member, skip those, and ask an owner or admin if something you need is missing.

Day 1: set up the organisation (owners and admins)

1. Sign in and work through the setup wizard on the Dashboard: choose your partner programs and your CRM. See Choosing the partners you work with.
2. Connect each partner program you can. See Connecting a partner program.
3. Connect Salesforce or HubSpot under Settings, Organisation, CRM connections. See Connecting your CRM.
4. Open Settings, then Profile, and add your name and photo so colleagues recognise you.

Day 2: bring in your team (owners and admins)

1. Invite the people who work on partnerships, and approve anyone already waiting under Pending approvals. See Inviting your team and approving members.
2. If your team is split by partner, give each person access to just the partners and features they work on, rather than everything.
3. Everyone: connect your Google Calendar under Settings, Calendar (choose Connect Google Calendar) so your partner meetings show in Meetings. See Connecting Google Calendar.
Member management, where you invite your team and approve requests

Day 3: check where each partnership stands

1. Open Partnerships and go through each partner: your current tier, what the next tier needs, and the health score. See Partner tier progression and Partnership health.
2. Note any requirement that is nearly met. These are your quick wins for the quarter.
3. If you work with Databricks, glance at Analytics for your Databricks spend, usage and job runs. See Reading partner analytics.

Day 4: get the pipeline right

1. Open Co-sell and check that your CRM deals came in. Mark which partner each deal involves, and whether it is inbound (a partner brought it to you) or outbound (you are bringing a partner in). See Your co-sell pipeline and Deal direction.
2. Register the deals that qualify with the partner, and follow their status in Registrations. See Registering a deal with a partner.

Day 5: collateral, meetings and AI

1. Upload your partner decks, case studies and one-pagers to Collateral, filed under the right partner. See Collateral.
2. Open Meetings to see your upcoming partner meetings, and read the prep brief before the next one. See Meeting prep brief.
3. Ask the Assistant a question such as "Which deals with AWS are in Negotiate?" See CeleriticAI assistant.
4. Check Insights for possible duplicate deals and opportunities. See Insights.

From week two

•  Start each day on the Dashboard. Owners and admins get a since-your-last-visit briefing there. See Your dashboard.
•  Keep an eye on Notifications (the bell in the top bar, also shown on the dashboard) for approvals, new deals from partners and other things waiting on you. See Understanding notifications.
•  Press ⌘K (or Ctrl+K) to jump to any deal, partner or setting. See Searching across Celeritic.

Good to know

•  The Assistant, Insights and the briefing are hidden when an owner or admin has turned AI off for the organisation. See Turning AI on or off for your organisation.
•  If a page is empty, it usually says what is missing, such as a partner that is not connected yet.
